1 BARCELONA / CATALUNYA FILM COMMISSION
The Barcelona Film Commission is the service that the Barcelona City Council offers to the audiovisual industry in order to help them shoot in the city.
The Catalunya Film Commission is run by the Department of Culture of the Catalan Government. Its main objectives are to promote and facilitate film shoots throughout Catalonia and stimulate the growth and consolidation of the Catalan film industry and associated services over the territory.
2 Catalan Films & TV
Catalan Films & TV was created as the driving force for the internationalisation of the Catalan audiovisual companies, establishing local, national and international links and promoting the presence of Catalan producers and companies in markets and festivals.
3 CIMA
An association that brings together more than 100 women united for a common goal: to encourage the egalitarian presence of women in the Spanish audiovisual sector.
4 EGEDA
Egeda is a society that defends the interests of Spain's audiovisual producers, according to the rights stated in the current Intellectual Property Act, which the organisation recognises and protects. Egeda has been authorised by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and acts as a non-profit society.
5 ICAA
A department of the Spanish Ministry of Culture, the ICAA (Instituto de la Cinematografía y de las Artes audiovisuales)
is in charge of the state funding, policy-making, international agreements, awards, etc. for the audiovisual sector in Spain.
6 ICEC
ICEC is an organisation belonging to the Catalan Government's Department of Culture. ICEC's goal is to support the cultural industry by creating policy, administrating funding schemes and promoting the development of companies that produce, distribute and market cultural products.
